​ If you have to cancel, 30 days prior to the retreat, you will get a refund minus the deposits, 30 days or less, you will not receive a refund.    If the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances preventing the host from leading the retreat, you will receive the choice of either a full voucher and therefore bump your space to another retreat or full refund. ​ Travel Expenses are not covered by Off Grid under any circumstances.    It is still important to take travel insurance to cover other cancellation issues.
