Local Guidelines

We are following the Scottish and UK government rulings very carefully, so as of August 2021, all restrictions on party numbers and how many households can be together, has been lifted.

However in light of new outbreaks it is possible that may change. Please keep an eye on any changes that either Scot Gov or UK Gov make. If restrictions are imposed upon us, we will get in touch and we would ask the same of you.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel, 30 days prior to the retreat, you will get a refund minus the deposits, 30 days or less, you will not receive a refund.

If the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances preventing the host from leading the retreat, you will receive the choice of either a full voucher and therefore bump your space to another retreat or full refund.

Travel Expenses are not covered by Off Grid under any circumstances.

It is still important to take travel insurance to cover other cancellation issues.

Retreat Safety

If you have any symptoms of covid-19 (cough, fever, temperature, or any flu-like symptoms) please refrain from joining the retreat.

On this note, please bear in mind that you do not want to miss out on your retreat from contracting the virus, so please, if you can, minimise your contact with others/big crowds/groups in the 7 days prior to the retreat, just to be safe.

Travel

You are responsible for your own travel expenses and organisation, though we are always here to offer advice via email.

We recommend taking out travel insurance for your retreat.
